Buyers & Sellers Marketing Plan

  • Meet with the home seller(s) and discuss reason for selling, timing and expectations.  Discuss the CMA (Comparative Market Analysis) and decide upon a listing price.   Discuss the listing  contract and the sales process. During this process we will visually inspect your home for any potential problems which should be corrected.
  • Marketing-Arrange for a photo/video session with our staff photographer.  Please review our Preparing your Home for Photos page.  Print, virtual tours, email and internet marketing materials are created using this photography.
  • Our on-site marketing includes a Supra Lockbox for agent access, full color home brochures and community information.
  • Provide feedback on showings-positive and negative.  I will follow-up with agents to promote your home paying special attention to those who have intersted buyers.
  • Contract Negotiations, inspections and escrow-Once a contract is secured i will assist you in the negotiaions, advise on inspections and guide you through the closing.  We are using SureClose which keeps all parites uo-to-date on the status of your home’s sale.
  • Meet and discuss reason for home buying, review your home requirements: size, bedrooms, baths, etc., desired area(s), school district (if applicable) and time frame.
  • Discuss becoming your “Buyers Agent” to represent you in all phases of your home search and purchase.
  • Set up a “Client Gateway” which will notify you and us of any new homes meeting your criteria.
  • Review your financing and the importance of being fully pre-qualified for a loan, purchase price, sales contract and addendums beforehand.
  • Make appointments to show desired homes.
  • Prepare and review purchase contract once a home is located.
  • Advise you through the escrow period and accompany you to closing.
